Managed by real estate and finance veterans Tom Shapiro, Rob Vahradian, Josh Pristaw, Bill Cisneros, Joao Teixeira and in partnership with GoldenTree Asset Management, the venture's goal is to harness the synergies between a team of seasoned real estate professionals and a leading investment manager.

GoldenTree InSite Partners has 36 employees and currently manages approximately $1.1 billion of committed equity. The firm pursues opportunistic real estate investments through both equity investments and mezzanine lending activities. Since inception, the company has committed capital to residential, retail, industrial, office, hotel and mixed-use projects. The firm's principals have over 80 years of investment, management and operations experience, which spans all major property types and geographies. Founded in 2000, GoldenTree Asset Management is one of the largest independent managers of fixed income credit funds, with assets under management of approximately $11.4 billion. Based in New York, with offices in London, Luxembourg, São Paulo and Seoul, GoldenTree Asset Management provides investment services to institutions and high net worth individuals.

GoldenTree Asset Management offers two distinct asset management styles to its investors – long/short and long only funds. Fund offerings differ based on use of leverage, shorting and target asset mix. GoldenTree Asset Management manages segregated accounts on behalf of large institutional investors.
